This is a special workshop series, offered in alliance with Katy Area Chamber of Commerce and UH Cinco Ranch.

In this six-week workshop series, you will develop a preliminary plan for your business. 

Objective: Write an effective plan for your business
1. Learn to use business planning forms
2. Learn to conduct market research
3. Build a cash flow forecast spreadsheet
4. Write a persuasive executive summary
5. Learn about financing options
6. Create a decision-making tool for long-term success 

A certificate of completion by SCORE, Katy Area Chamber of Commerce and University of Houston - Cinco Ranch will be awarded to those who submit an executive summary and a cash flow forecast. Efforts are underway to invite participants to present their proposals to a panel of bankers and financiers.
